I have $6million in the back and about to pick up $2-3 million more. I was just wonderign what people think I should spend it on. Here is my current team:

hmmm...how do i phrase this.... how do you have so much money and a team with so little value? you just been saving for one big buy? maybe im not reading your team right.

i think you need to load up on pretty much every position. except it looks like you have 2 formidable wingers that should be ok for now. you might want to list what divisino you are in so people can tell you what levels you will probably need to compete.

I am training wingers. Ibrahim Khallali and Isa Bin-Abdul are nat team wingers. I am probably going to buy 10 players at $900,000 a piece or so.

Wow, that must suck to have only two real league matches a year...
(btw, he's the Saudi Arabia Rangers (394375) )

My biggest suggestion for your purchases would be in this priority:

1. Inner midfielders (playmaking >= formidable) - Your only other opponent in the division has a far superior midfield to yours. Time to even it out a bit. This priority is quite a bit higher than the others, so I recommend pouring most of your money into this position.

2. Goalkeeper (keeper ~ formidable) - Your defense ratings are probably your weakest spot. Your current keeper is only putting up 2.5 stars.

3. Forward (scoring ~ excellent-formidable) - Depending on what kind of money you have left over...your wingers are strong which helps your attack a good bit, but your opp has a pretty good goalie, so you'll need even more help.

4. Better fillers - With whatever you have left over, look for other players who would be an upgrade for your other starters. You should be able to find players with solid ratings in their key attributes for your leftover cash.

In addition...I don't see the reason for the following players to remain on your roster:

EDIT: Just noticed something even more important than the above...get a new coach externally with solid training / poor leadership to upgrade your passable training / wretched leadership coach. That should only set you back about 250k or so.

I'd buy 3 outstanding playmakers with excellent stamina. Inadequate passing or defending would be a nice bonus but not really necessary at this point. Add an outstanding keeper and that should use up about 6M. When you youth pull sells, you might have enough to grab 2 outstanding forwards (if not go with one outstanding, one formidable) with weak passing. Also buy the solid coach with poor leadership.

This should make you very competitive with AllStars.

This neglects your defenders a bit, but the keeper will cover for them until you get the year end bonus money. Soon, you'll want to upgrade to excellent defenders.


edit to add some prices - these are estimates, the market is a bit weird at the momment so I might be off.

Outstanding IMs (no secondaries): 1.3-1.5M
Outstanding GK: 2-2.2M
Outstanding F: 1.5-1.7M
Formidable F: 1.1M

Nice that defenders don't fit into anyone's suggestions at ALL. :p While they're behind a keeper for upgrading your defense, they're definitely a necessity if you want to stay on top of your nation for a long time. I'd still upgrade midfield first, followed by forwards. I'd then recomend getting something like an outstanding keeper, and a couple formidable defenders.

Here are some prices if you're at all interested in them.

Formidable: around 1 million
Outstanding: around 1.5 million

as a defender trainer i agree, but ive accepted the sad truth that we are usually not at the top of the list for upgrades.
although since this guy is a winger trainer, it might not be a bad idea to upgrade his wingbacks under the assumption they are "trainees"

for instance, next week ill have a 19 year old passable winger/ formidable defender for sale. he could buy him :) or something similar. run him as his wing back and in a few years sell him as a formidable winger with formidable defending.
