I'm considering converting a player to a coach.

Is the guy's personality/honesty at all relevant?

Anybody remember how much it cost?

Also, you could go through the player conversion to see how much he'll be and then not actually do the conversion.

personality and honestly have no affect from coaches. only their coaching skill level and leadership are important.
