Pretty straight forward, does bringing in a new coach affect the team's TS?

Under the old system ($10k for a new coach, of random skill and leadership), replacing the coach would also reset team spirit to composed. The risk, of course, would be how much it might cost you to get back to a solid coach if you went for the TS reset after an MOTS.
