How about my team?

I will be selling each of my defenders as soon as they pop. I am thinking about keeping Gibbons as he is a home grown product of tha_untouchables YS :D . I think I am going to switch to scoring training and 3-4-3. I do not want to upgrade my team at all, just focus on a new training program. What do you guys think? I WILL NOT be training defending anymore...too boring. So I am open to any ideas you guys have. I will finish 2nd in Div. V so bring on the constructive criticism and advice...thanx. Keep in mind that each defender will be one level higher, should field me a pretty penny when I sell them.

It's a small thing, but I would -not- keep the home grown. There's mother club $$ to be made when he's sold & resold in the future. Who knows, he may get trained up 3 more levels & you could make a nice little bonus one week from it.

You have to balance that against the Last Club money now, too, though. You get 0, or at best if you play him in a friendly .25%. You train and sell him yourself, that next sale is 4.0% + the MC money.

uhh.. Gibbons having outstanding Defending, I'm fairly sure he's played enough for iceberg that he'd get the full last club money.

Well Gibbons and Plummer both popped to brilliant, I should sell them both? I like Gibbons because he has poor experience, but I should sell him? Brilliant defending = 2-2.5 mil? Should I wait to sell until the start of next season when players have more money? Will I actually make more then? Any ideas about a new training program?
