Two Questions (Team Spirit and YP)

I have two questions:

1. If my Team Spirit is "Excited!" should I be worried? I thought I read somewhere that this meant the players would get cocky... and that's not what I want.

2. I pulled this guy yesterday:
Alan King
TSI = 560 , 17 years, passable form
Has disastrous experience and wretched leadership abilities

Stamina: poor Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: passable
Winger: weak Defending: poor
Scoring: passable Set Pieces: weak

Since I'm not training scoring, I'll sell him. What kind of price can I expect to get?

1) Excited! ??? Is your team currently playing a game? If so then some things will have temporary status (eg Sponsors will be: In the VIP seats) otherwise that's got to be a mistranslation from another language and I'm not sure what level that would be, Delirious? But no, it should not cause overconfidence... TS does not cause overconfidence.

I sold lan King for 302K Cdn... which is mroe than I though, so I'm happy. In the past two weeks, I went below 1M Cdn because of my excellent forward buy... but now I'm back up to 1.4M. :D
