I'm training fwds, so I need 3 fwds at all times. Is it better to go with 3 defenders, 4 IMs and no wingers, 2 defenders, 4 IMs, and 1 winger, 3 defenders 3 IM, 1 winger, or 2 defenders, 5 IMs? Basically, which lineup should produce the best results if I find the right personnel?

Most forward trainers use 3-4-3 with 1 winger and 3 inner midfielders. 2-5-3 will cause massive amounts of confusion since it's not a recognized HT formation, so you'll lose a lot of midfield. Another formation you might want to keep up some experience with is 4-3-3, and you can use that when you want to pump up your defense to try and keep the other team from running up the score on you.
