The situation: IV.19's week 14 of season 23
<table border="0" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr><td valign="top">9/27/2004 (League):</td> <td> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr> <td valign="top">Fockers - Gargoyles (http://195.149.189.102/Common/matchDetails.asp?matchID=22532668)</td> <td> http://195.149.189.102/Common/images/bookmark_16x16.gif (http://195.149.189.102/Common/bookmarks.asp?action=AddConfirm&BookmarkTypeID=3&ObjectID=22532668) </td> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody></table> </td> <td valign="top"> Orders (http://195.149.189.102/Common/matchOrders.asp?matchID=22532668)</td></tr></tbody> </table>
RavenHawk has 31 points. He's 10-2-1 with a huge goal differential. Currently holding second place (3 points outta first)
Has lost to the Avengers and the Southpark Cows and has tied the Avengers.
The Gargoyles have put up monster numbers all season and clearly have the strongest attack and defense in the series.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Fockers have 30 points and are 10-3-0 this season with a decent goal differential. Currently locked 3rd place at worst.
Losing to the Gargoyles week 1, losing to Avengers week 4, and losing to Arsenal A.C. week 6 because all 3 starting defenders were either tosses from the game or had to be helped off the pitch.
Fockers have not lost since week 6.. and have come barrelling down into the home stretch winning their last 7 games. They are even 6-0 at home this season and the only team to beat the first place midfield dominant Avengers.
----------------------------------------------------------
Week 14: Fockers are at home. Both teams can MOTS. Fockers have slowly come within 10 rating points of the Gargoyles as of the past few weeks.
Can the midfield dominant Focks take on the great defense of the Gargs? Will the home field advantage prove to be the deciding factor? Will the Focks offense be enough to score on the Gargs?
Place your bets people!!! WHO will win this week 14 rumble?!
Vegas odds are showing Gargoyles are favored 3:2.
