He just popped to Excellent PM today. He's a fantastic winger...4 stars on a regular basis. I have no one to take his place, but I do have about $900k in the bank. I don't think he'll ever have a higher sale value than right now, so if I do sell him, now would be the time.

However, I'm on the verge of auto-promotion into IV. My team is probably good enough to hang in an average IV...but in just about every IV I'll have my work cut out for me if I want to be successful there. I run a 3-5-2 PM training program, but I intend to switch to either Winger or Forward by about the end of next season or so. Here are my typical ratings (with the Left winger pinched TM) -

That's the thing Vince...is it even worth it to sell the high exp guys when they clock 32+ years of age.

The value they present to your team is almost certaintly far higher than what you could expect of them on the TL. It's a dilemma I face as well. . .
