Advice for the Future Needed Please

My team has come to a bit of a crossroads. My backup trainees have popped numerous times, and I'm at a point where I have to decide whom to keep and whom to sell. I know I need better wings (right now my wingers are 1/2 mid trainees getting about 3 stars). I'm not opposed to selling some of my other starters, forwards or CDs along with a trainee for an even better players at that position.
