has anyone used this service? For anyone that knows about it, are there any drawbacks?
Why? When you register a domain name you have to include your address, phone, etc. that will then showup in the WHOIS directory. Anyone can see this information. A lot of people use wrong info (1122 Boogie Boogie Ave) but some day there may be legislation to make this practice illegal so I'd prefer to use the real thing.
This Domain by Proxy (http://www.domainsbyproxy.com/)service apparently shields you from the WHOIS stuff.
