Well, here is the situation. I am currently -345K in the bank.

I'm debating on who to sell. I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I would like some reassurance.

Des Myers (http://195.149.189.102/Common/playerDetails.asp?playerID=35611819)
TSI = 2 960 , 24 years, weak form
Has poor experience and poor leadership abilities

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr> <td>Stamina: </td><td>solid</td> <td> Keeper: </td><td>wretched</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Playmaking: </td><td>passable</td> <td> Passing: </td><td>inadequate</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Winger: </td><td>inadequate</td> <td> Defending: </td><td>weak</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Scoring: </td><td>excellent +4</td> <td> Set Pieces: </td><td>solid</td></tr></tbody> </table>
From what I can gather, I could expect around 400 - 600K from him. I really like Myers because of his versatility, but should I get rid of the attachment I have because he is 24 and training him further would be a waste.

José Estep (http://195.149.189.102/Common/playerDetails.asp?playerID=31772093)
TSI = 1 070 , 18 years, weak form
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr> <td>Stamina: </td><td>excellent</td> <td> Keeper: </td><td>disastrous</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Playmaking: </td><td>weak</td> <td> Passing: </td><td>poor</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Winger: </td><td>weak</td> <td> Defending: </td><td>wretched</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Scoring: </td><td>solid</td> <td> Set Pieces: </td><td>wretched</td></tr></tbody> </table>
Estep WILL be excellent after the training update. He is a lot younger and with another year of training I could get him to outstanding.

I expect to get around 150 - 200K for him.

Nate Bernstein (http://195.149.189.102/Common/playerDetails.asp?playerID=35611828)
TSI = 1 300 , 22 years, passable form
Has wretched experience and poor leadership abilities

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr> <td>Stamina: </td><td>excellent</td> <td> Keeper: </td><td>wretched</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Playmaking: </td><td>inadequate</td> <td> Passing: </td><td>poor</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Winger: </td><td>inadequate</td> <td> Defending: </td><td>inadequate</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Scoring: </td><td>solid</td> <td> Set Pieces: </td><td>disastrous</td></tr></tbody> </table>
He just popped to solid and has not received training in about 5 weeks. Myers is a better fit to play WTM and Myers has much better SP.

Should I keep Myers for his versatility and sell Estep and Berstein. Or should I sell Myers and train Estep further because he will only be 19 next season?

Why would you (or anyone) use Myers as a WTM after training up his scoring? Wingers don't use scoring bar the occasional long-shot event.

I would sell Myers and train Estep (and personally I'd sell Bernstein too).

assuming you train scoring, i would keep Estep, sell Myers and Berstein, and buy some new youngish trainees (18yo's next season).

but that's just me.

What finkenst said. I'd sell the two older guys, buy as many young (17 yr old now, 18 yr old after the age update) trainees as you can afford (preferably up to 6 total and no worse than solid in scoring, but considering your money situation, probably passable in scoring will be more affordable), train them until they reach as high as you can let them before needing the money (the longer you wait, the more profit for you) or until they get too old to train (20-21), then sell and enjoy the profits. :)

With what's leftover, if any, you can try to improve your roster, particularly the midfield so you can give your trainees more opportunities to use their improving scoring abilities.

Hope that helps. If you have any other Q's or any Q's about what I've said, feel free to ask. Good luck to ya.
