Anybody see this? It was great stuff. Also, does anyone know where I could find it on the web?

It was ok, but not as good as the ones for years ago.

Any idea of where I can find it on the Web? I'd like to show it to my current events class.

The MadTV one from two weeks back was superior in every way. They had a Bush that actually resemebled Bush, and content that was actually funny. I made it half way though the SNL one before turning it off. I knew there was a reason I never watch that show.

I liked the one back in '92 where Dana Carvey played both Bush and Perot.

"Lockbox" versus "Strategery" was classic. I missed this one, though. Link?

I really liked this one. A group of us had just gone out to dinner for my birthday and we had talked about what things we thought SNL would do in their skit.

The moment they had Kerry come out twice the height of Bush (and later when they did the split screen with Bush's podium a foot higher than Kerry's) I was laughing, and I didn't stop.

But, I loved the past SNL debate shows as well.

Agree. SNL seems to go in "slumps", when they have a brillant cast and skits (Will Ferrell, Tim Meadows, Cheri Oteri, ect.), and then once they leave, it goes downhill. I think it will be back in a few years, but it sucks now. So does MadTV.

Agreed. Right now there is really no one on the show I find all that funny, besides Parnell and Sanz. I dunno if they're still even on it.

Jimmy Fallon is horribly overrated.

Jimmy Fallon is horribly overrated. Well you're in luck because he isn't on the show anymore.

Ben Affleck as James Carville was just fantastic...

The debate spoof was okay. The best parts, I thought, were the height difference at beginning, the Kerry fake smiles throughout, and then Bush's closing remarks where he put a cap on his "hard work" theme by saying he didn't even know why his opponent wanted the job. :)

The Carville bit and the Swift Boat Veterans mock ad were both very good. Debate was okay. New Weekend Update team with Amy Poehler joining Tina Fey was uncomfortably awkward, but I remember Norm McDonald being pretty bad when he first began.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. You used Cheri O Teri and Will Ferrell along with brilliant in the same sentence. You must be trying out for the cast.

I agree. I think he's the best cast member ever. He was in some many skits, the Roxbury Guys, cheerleaders, Morning Latte. And really shine his comedy in the non-series skits.

Will Ferrell just hurts my brain. 100% stupid humor just doesn't do it for me.
