Tough call. I think, given your situation, anything more than 10,000 is probably a stretch.

Make sure that if and when you expand, you do it right -- one approximation is 62.5% terraces, 25% basic seating, 10% under roof, 2.5% VIP boxes.

Edit: Hold off on doing anything until you get some other opinions, don't take my word for it. :)

Did you get a team in division 5 or 6? Are all the teams in your series new?

If you are in a series with established teams, I would hold on off upgrading your arena. You are going to lost frequently and by a lot, and thus will not draw many fans.

If you are in a division 6 series with all new teams, then you will want to expand fairly soon. Probably to at least 12K (14K is better). There is a fixed cost to upgrading, so adding only 5 VIP seats (to pick a completely random example) would be a horrible waste of money.

Have you bought a passable coach with poor leadership for 80K yet?

Yes i did sorta, he's an inadequate trainer with Brilliant and then solid however they go so i will make the best of it, i actually bought the trainer before i read your post masked.

Masked, see the other thread. It looks like six teams in the series (in V) are established and pulling ratings of 110+.

You will not ever get enough money with a 7000 seat stadium to start with. You need the cashflow to improve your team and that is one of the best sources of income. I think that Masked it accurate with a 12-14k stadium, and it certainly should be a priority for you.

He's going to most likely lose every single game.

Well with the new announcement this morning, you must upgrade your arena this season. You are not going to sell out any games though, and you probably will be automatically demoted to division 6. I would suggest buying a full set inexpensive trainees (under 10K each). This will either be 17 yo inads or 18 or 19 yo passable. Train your B team up just one level and sell them around midseason. That should give you close to enough money to pay for a stadium upgrade and buy a new set of really cheap trainees. You won't need a bigger stadium until late next season, but it will be too expensive to upgrade after this season.

The reason to upgrade (and do it relatively small) is to pick up the covered and VIP seats.

not to mention getting it out of the way and being sure to haave the funds on hand to get the stadium upgrading before the end of the season.
