how is doing the gameplan on FOF?
s it easier than total pro football? i found it complex and confusing doing it on TPF and alo tof times it didnt follow it..
is FOF a better game? they follow the gameplan correctly?
you recommend to get fof 2k4..or just wait for 2k5 if it comes out?

I have never played TPF, so I can tell you how FOF2k4 compares. The gameplan aspect of FOF is fairly detailed and gives you quite a bit of control over what your team does in certain situations.
It can be a somewhat tedious task to set up a gameplan, but the ability to save a gameplan allows you to tinker with it a little bit at a time.
As far as your team following the gameplan, in general it will but you have to keep in mind that it is based off of percentages and averages. So, if you want to run it 90% of the time on 4th and 1, there is still a 10% chance that you'll throw a pass. The gameplan will follow what you specify in general terms, but by the nature of the game there is some variability.
In regard to waiting for FOF2k5, there isn't any assurance that FOF2k5 will be the next game Solecismic releases. It is possible, but at this point only Solecismic knows what will be released. My suggestion is to try the demo and if you like it, buy the game. If FOF2k5 is released soon after my guess is that Solecismic will offer some sort of rebate or something for those who recently purchased FOF2k4.
Hope this helps.

P.S. Personally, I think it is a great game, but that doesn't mean that you will like it.
