Ok...being that Verizon DSL is taking their own sweet time in allowing me to get it installed at my new apartment (2 weeks and counting...) I've had to look at other avenues to satisfy my need to be a truely great virtual GM. :D

So anyway...without DSL...I can't get online to play NCAA 2005 and so I...on top of getting a college bball team in Coffee Warlord's new league...just signed up for a team on Hattrick. (Application pending.)

Has anyone been fired from their job for having their workday being taken over by playing this game? I have a feeling this is where I'm heading.

You should be able to get good results from you Hattrick expierence while only using 1 hour of your work day on it. Your boss will understand that from 12 to 3 PM EST is when all the best international transfers go off.

Well I got my application back this morning and it said that it was turned down because it was incomplete or incorrect...but they didn't tell me exactly what was wrong with it. Is this common? I double-checked my info and it was all there. I wondered if it was because I had a duplicate team name...but after doing a search I see that there are a lot of duplicate teams names so that doesn't seem it.

Anyone have any answers?

Could be a user name issue, the only other obvious thing would be did you make sure to apply in the USA? I know it's a silly question, but mistakes can happen.

I believe I did? Who knows at this point? I wish they would have been able to tell me what the issue is/was. I resubmitted the same app this morning...as I don't see what the issue could be at this point.
