Is this a bad formation choice? Will I be able to get anywhere with it? Also, could you give me some suggestions on what to do with this formation. Thanks :)

Depends on what Div you are in. Just make sure that you have 3 IM's.

Div V.66 (The Cornheads) How long could I survive with this 3 - 4 - 3? so I need 3 IM's? so just ditch a winger?

3-4-3 can dominate DV. Ditch a winger and get some really good IM's and you have a winning combo. Things get a bit more complicated once you get above DV though.

another question, should I even have defensive wingers? or just put both of them towards the central defense also?

Keep the defensive wingers. Play one defender, best bet is a Central Defender, as an Inner Middie and make sure your best wingback is on the side of the extra inner mid.

Midfield is very, very important when running a 3-4-3. You have to be able to keep the midfield close. If you win midfield, you are going to win most matches (Or least I though that was the case until recently).

I don't know what kind of slosh you people are feeding the newbies while I was away, but I'm in III and doing just fine with the 3-4-3 :P

I use a 3-4-3 on occasion in IV.

Ditto and so are quite a few others. Then again, I'm going to have a super/titan/et midfield so that helps level the playing field.
