So with this whole cost of expansion doubling after this season...is it still wise to expand to 15,000 seats if you are in year 1? Also...how long does it take for the stadium to be complete?

depends on how many seats you are building, should be about a little over a week. I think 15k in your first season (considering the increase) is reasonable.

definately expand before the end of the year if you are a new team. and i would go bigger than 15k if you have the money. use one of the formula's for expanding though like at hattrix or im sure someone on here has one as well.

the time depends on how big of an expansion you do. usually though its a little over a week.

If one decides to go ahead with expansion...do you pay for it in one shot? Or in weekly installments?

All in one shot and be prepared not to "use" your stadium for awhile. It's nice to do expansions when you have back to back away games if possible..
