FOF/TCY start year change

I can`t believe nobody asked this question, but my forum search gave me no answer. How can You change the start year for your league in FOF 2004 and TCY. It must be rather simple, but it`s still eluding me.

I do not believe it is possible in TCY.

In FOF2004, you can tell it the starting year if you are creating a new player file.

Pretty sure you can't do it in TCY, but with the Player File Generator in FOF2K4, you can specify the year that you want to start in.
