I've been offered a world class PM / solid passing midfielder in trade for my supernatural+3 keeper. I have $1.4 million in the bank at the next update. Any thoughts? I'm figuring some money would have to come my way in this deal, I'm wondering how much. I could see anywhere from $500k to a million.

don't do it.... screw trades man. Go buy what you want.

I don't care what his passing is either.... a WC pm isn't worth a SN +3 goalie.

Ditto what Havok said. It's easy to find a WC PM, even one with good passing.

How does one trade? I've missed this feature.

I know a WC PM isn't worth that much -- I said that I figured money would have to come my way on the deal.

MV7 - The way trades work is, two managers work out the trade, then get GM approval for it (which may not happen quickly -- it's relatively low on their list of priorities). Once approved, the two teams involved will bid the players above market value, plus whatever additional considerations may have been included. e.g. in my case a WC PM isn't worth as much as a supernatural keeper, so if I went ahead with this I'd have to get some money thrown in.

Craig,

A world class PM with solid passing could go for as much as $5M but chances are they will be closer to $4.5M. A Supernatural keeper should go for about $5.5M, take into account your guy is +3 and I'd say he should be giving you atleast $1M

IMO trades are pointless unless there is a really special case. Example:

You play in the US and have a 20 year old Swede you are training, let's say a supernatural keeper. Another guy in Sweden has 20 year old American he is training. It may benefit the two of you to trade in order to reduce salary.
