Opera Refresh question

Does anyone know how to get Opera to auto refresh when you hit the back button? On IE if I read a post and hit the back button, the board is refreshed and updated. That doesn't seem to happen on Opera.

I go for the little finger sandwiches during intermission. they never fail to refresh me.

Perhaps the "Check Documents" setting under "History and Cache"? I actually like it the way it is because, if and WHEN something goes wrong when I'm trying to post something, I can go back and the post I typed is still there (it's gone in IE).
