NFL Player Rankings and Scouting

Anyone know of any good sites for player rankings.

Etc.

I am trying to see if I can make a fairly accurate player file.

Also any site with some scouting of players, ie - "Manning is excellent at reading defenses"

There's some good scouting on ESPN Insider by Scouts Inc. Not sure you'll find a real good site for something like that for free though.
