Problem with latest FOF download

I downloaded the latest FOF patch/update from Solecismic and whenever I click on it to install it, I get the following message:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

I've never had a problem with any FOF game before, so this is kind of troubling. Does anyone has any ideas?

Check the FAQ at the Solecismic web site. I'm pretty sure this is in it.
