so, I've been playing KOTOR (PC) off and on for a few months now. Just this last week I decided to get serious and finish it, and tonight was the night.

Got to the final battle, won that after numerous deaths and reloading of saved games. Move to the dramatic cutscene that (I assume) will be showing my daring escape from the exploding space station...and then the motherfucking game crashes. I can't get past one of the final cutscenes without crashing...meaning I can't finish the freaking game that is, for all intents and purposes, finished.

I can't even put into words how cheated I feel right now.

It sucks not getting to see the ending of the game, but it's really nothing spectacular... honestly found it rather disappointing, although possibly cause I still wanted to keep playing.

Same here, Deattribution. I think it was because I wanted to keep playing. That is odd that it would play fine all the way through the game and then crash on the final cutscene. Doesn't sound like one of the common bugs I heard about with this game either.

I found the ending video disappointing too. But that's probably because I'm used to Final Fantasy style epic end cutscenes at the end of an RPG rather than a short little pissant video.
