Ok a few actually.... What perecentage should I train at and also I really want to train keepers cause it seems they give the most money output and since thats one thing i have none of I want that also explain training to me im confused, does it affect all players or just players that use that skill? Like do only forwards get better scoring for training scoring or what?

Keepers give you a bigger payoff per player, but with only two players the total payoff is less. It's still not a bad thing to start off with -- you only need to invest in two trainees, instead of between four and ten.

There's a table in the rules that covers in detail what each type of training does for the players on your team. Among the primary skill training:
Keeper = full training to keepers only
Defending = full training to central defenders and wingbacks
Playmaking = full training to inner midfielders, half training to wingers
Winger = full training to wingers, half training to wingbacks
Scoring = full training to forwards

You should set your training % as high above 90% as you feel comfortable. 100% is best for form and training, but the risk of your players suffering injuries is higher. Injury risk can be mitigated by hiring physical therapists, but as a team starting out, you probably can't really afford to keep more than one or two on staff.

I've got a newbie guide up that you may find helpful:

Edit: When I mention an assessed value of $10,000, substitute a TSI of 1000. That's a change to the game that occurred after I wrote the guide originally, and I missed fixing that the last time I revised it.
