They're saying its his ribs, which is better than an arm or shoulder, but still.
If it's a broken rib, that could be just as much trouble.

The article I ready said that he was throwing on the sideline after the hit....my bet is that its just bruised ribs.

Honestly, the Steelers reinvigorated defense and their improved rushing attack are as responsibile as ben is for making the playoffs. Tommy might not be the greatest, but its not like dropping down to start Jeff George or something.
Or Troy Aikman. :D
