Ok so I got killed today because I changed my formation, will my confusion go down over time or does that always stay?

Confusion is a result of low experience in the formation you are attempting to play. Look under the 'Training' tab to see what your various formation experience levels are. You should try to stay away from playing a formation you have less than passable experience in in games that matter, unless you have really really experienced players (like the national teams). The more often you play the formation, the higher the experience in that formation goes.

In general, a team can maintain sufficient experience to avoid confusion in two formations over and above 4-4-2 (which is always at excellent).

I have read the rules many of times, but it says confusion in some cases doesnt go down and I was just wondering if mine would and now I got my question answered. Thanks for the help all...
