Capitalism 2 was a good game that didn't get a lot of attention. I still play it every once in a while.

Surely Bo Jackson's Hip can spring for a dollar and find out. I mean you are Bo Jackson's Hip.

I have heard Capitalism II is much better. I think you can find it for about $10.

I disagree. I liked Capitalism Plus better - which is the version I saw at Target. Well worth the buck and change.

Can you compare Plus with 2 and tell us why you thought it was better?

I thought Plus was MUCH better. Capitalism II tries to do too much. You just get bogged down in the details. If you're a fan of micro-management, you'd like it. Plus was much more macro-management.

But I must admit, I didn't really get into Cap. II that much. Maybe after you get the hang of it, it's a great game. But if you can get Capitalism Plus for $1, then it's more than worth it. It's a great game.

What sab said, plus:

* Cap + had 3 times as many products as Cap II. They weren't all accessible at the same time (unfortunately), but they were there. More products is good.

* The interface got changed from Capitalism/Cap +. No definitive argument on which is better, but I didn't like the one in Cap II, and never really got used to it.

There might be other details, but I haven't played Cap II in a long time.
