From espn's top 10 games of the year.. to vh1's 4000000 awesomely bad shows.. starting to get overwhelmed by all of them.. but i did watch espn's top 10 games.. and i had one issue
How is phil mickelson's masters win #2.. over the superbowl? #1 was obvious from any standpoint.. but that as #2?
Was it a top 10 "Game" of the year.. sure, i could give it that.. but not #2..
and as for the vh1 ones... i liked the awesomely bad #1 songs ever.. but that host paul sheer.. has a gap between his front teeth that would make micheal strahan jealous.. was way distracting :)

I found it interesting/funny that The Sports Guy and Peter King have had a running joke/reference to each other all season about Jake Plummer, then in their last 2004 columns, they each did the same thing - a "best of" of their 2004 columns with comments about each one. I'm not sure if that should be taken as a poor reflection on TSG or a good reflection on King.

I don't know if the Mick pick is all that bad (I'm assuming the Red Sox WS win was #1).
Consider this: I don't really follow golf, but I knew Mickelson won The Masters. It took me a minute or two to remember who won the SB last year ... and I still can't for the life of me remember who they beat.

I'd definitely put Michelson above the superbowl ... then again I'm a golf fan.

I just wish they'd switch him with Neyer and make Neyer free again. Even his effin chats aren't free.

Honestly, i think TSG has run his course.. sure he occasionaly puts out a good article now and again, but i think he's lost his freshness, and now running on mostly the same old tired cliches from previous articles that while funny the first couple of times.. are starting to wear thin. I wouldn't be totally surprised if he didn't make it to 2006 on espn.com

Simmons has repeatedly claimed he would quit if espn made his content pay.. i find that laughable, as you know it isn't true
