Sims 2-still playing?

I know that some of you guys have had this title for a while. Is it still an enjoyable game after a couple of months?

Yea, I keep booting it up every now and again.

The best thing ever just happened. So I have this rich guy, goes to work while the stay at home wife tends to two kids and brings over another dude. I should also mention the man of the house's brother and wife also live together. She has also banged the brother. No one knows a thing.

She gets knocked up by some black guy, and on the day of birth, the guy is at work but the other 4 residents of the house watch. As she pops out a black baby, bubbles in all of their heads show the black baby with ?! on top. Meanwhile, the brother gets excited and makes out passionately with the now post-pregnant woman. This infuriates the other woman.

Chaos has ensued.

I just started playing again, after watching The Strangerhood (hxxp://strangerhood.com/archive/).

I started with the two sisters in Pleasantville. One of them got the neighbourhood "Romeo" to move in, and the other married an old fart. I chose to have the old fart's grandkid move in with the rest too... but not his mother.

The old fart WooHoos his wife in the hot tub daily, and the guy that moved in calls some maid over to make out with on his days off.

Not as exciting as Shorty's family, but it keeps me occupied. :)

I played for a little bit when it first came out, but not much. Feels to much like the original for me...not enough newness.

I have the same feeling about RCT3...played it for a week or two, on the verge of removing it from my harddrive now.

That is funny.. I was about to delete this game from my laptop's harddrive as I'm running low on space (we also have it installed on the desktop computer, but my wife plays the Sims 2 on that computer), but I think I'll keep it on my laptop for a little bit longer.
