New Arena Costs

When will these higher costs go into effect? At the end of this season like during the offseason, or at the start of next season and if so when exactly do they consider next season to begin?

Next season officially begins the Saturday after Qualifiers and before the new US Open Cup. This season, that date is: Feb 5. As I understand it. That is the date that the new rates will go into effect.
