TCY Bug

I have recently started playing TCY again and am in week 5 of my first season. In week 4 two players were injured. I am trying to simulate week 5, but it keeps saying not all of my positions are filled. When I go to the depth chart every position IS filled. Any ideas?

Could it be duplicate players listed as playing/starting at the same position?
