When I posted my team a week or so ago, several here made comments about the need for me to improve my team's level of stamina (this is my first season and I've never trained it).
Will I actually do any good by training Stamina Skill for two weeks? I am not sure how fast Stamina trains and if i'd be losing two weeks of valuable Scoring training if Stamina doesn't really train much?
Put another way: can I expect some players to get bumps in Stamina if I train Stamina for the two weeks during off-season?
Thanks!!

From what I can remember when I trained stamina earlier this year is that almost everyone pretty much goes up a level each week you train. If know for sure that if they didn't go up two levels...everyone for sure went up one level in those two weeks.

Roughly 75% of your team will bump from a week of stamina. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
Sometimes (rarely) you'll get the lovely double bump as well.

ok sweet thx! I guess I'll train it for two weeks and re-evaluate then whether or not i might need another week or two Stamina training during the first week or two of next regular season.

Cool...I didn't grow up here though so I have no idea where that HS is. :) Moved here from Minneapolis almost three years ago now. Enjoying it.

If you've never trained stamina before, your midfielders likely need it.
In the future, as a scoring trainer you would do well to consider using the offseason for passing or set pieces and always buying middies with excellent stamina so you never need to train it again.
You will take a noticable form hit if you train stamina two weeks in a row -- you'd be wise to make sure your starters play every week in the offseason friendlies (if you don't a have a qualifier one of those weeks).
