Jerome has joined the Kickers in a surprise move by the team. I'm sure Jerome is disappointed to leave NCR, but will move on to doing what he knows best for the Kickers.

Questions have already come up. I'm not quitting. :)

I kind of realized this past week that Jerome was going to be out of a starting job this time next season. I'd essentially have to replace him from scratch, just like any other position.

I wasn't looking forward to that. I only hope tucker gets some quality use out of him over the course of the coming seasons, and eventually consider returning Jerome to me. :)

Absolutely, if you need him to return as a coach, I'd gladly let him. I already have a future coach in waiting that is solid/inadequate right now.
