Do you ever find yourself sweating, wondering what can go wrong, even though you are playing a bot team. I mean, how much would it suck to get put out by a bot in round 2 by some fluke where your team misses 7 shots and the bot gets a pk or something and wins? Damn, I need a drink...

I'm digging my chances right now. I'm playing at home...pressing with 4 powerful players in the midfield and it's raining so that increases their defending...scoring and playmaking skills even more. This could be my night!

A potential blowout already for a series mate of mine in Illithid. They're up 2-0. A potential CUPSET in Skkunks, who are losing already 2-0 as well.


Before anyone asks, I'm at work. I can't get on IRC. :(

Well my dream night is about over with. Up 1-0 at the half....my opponent has quickly broken down my press and now leads 3-1. And while the rain was a blessing when I was winning...now it's a curse since this probably will be my last cup match and the turnout was crappy because of it.

Hieu has his second goal as we now lead 5-0. Ironically, that's the same score that the Skkunks are now losing by.

JERRRRRRROME! He has his second goal with the Kickers tonight.

Hieu has a hattrick as well. That may be the first time I've ever had two players with a hattrick. I'll have to check, though. It may have happened one other time.

Yeah a good bit of us still in here. It will begin to slim down on Wednesdays though as people start to lose, but on Sunday we'll be back.

A nice and solid 6-0 win. Posey's red card hurt, but I'm looking to add a new defender, anyway.

Qwikshot, wouldn't he just be ineligible for your league match and be back for your cup match?

true, but I actually meant my league match...nevertheless, I think I may be able to get lucky enough to win it.

Woohoo, a win over a DV team! Up next, a DII team. Looks like round 3 will be it for me this year.

The Fantastic Flying Froggies had one of their worse games in their history.

We lost 6-2 to a team newly promoted to div VI... This was a blatant case of overconfidence... I PICed with my out of form B-team, and got my a$$ handed to me...Ouch!

That really hurts, I really needed to be able to PIC 2 or 3 more games...Oh well, maybe I'll learn...

MISFC had a good match last night. A pretty pathetic midfield rating, but we were able to parlay our dominance into a 10-0 win, tying the previous scoring record. Leo Lorien our coach in training was able to get a hattrick in 39 minutes, he added a 4th at 54 min. This was followed by out other striker Karsten Forsberg scoring his first at 56 min and completeing his hattrick at 68 min, he added his 4th at 69 min. Quite a show for the road warriors. The first time I have had a double hattrick and the first time I have had 2 score 4 in a match. Next weeks match looks tougher, but we should be able to hold it together.
