My first 18 youth pulls sold for a grand total of $12K and I think I'm one of the lucky ones. It's witchcraft even when you're at "excellent" but before that, it's almost impossible to get a sellable pick. And by sellable, I'm not talking lottery- I mean someone who will sell for more than $0.
