Well as the seasons keep passing, i'm starting to get clueless about my next step. This year my goal in V is to avoid direct demotion, and i think i'm going to be able to acomplish it as i'm better that the two tems under me, and i won't be able to avoid the qualifier as the teams over me are better too.

So i think i must take this seaosn to try to improve my team for next season. I have been training PM since i started to play HT, and my current middelfielders are the young guys i started to train some season ago.
They are starting to get old to be trained, so maybe it's time to replace them with new blood, but at same time i need to keep being competitive.

Here are my 1st team guys:

Jeffrey Stanley
TSI = 29 860 , 22 years, passable form
Has poor experience and weak leadership abilities [Technical]

Stamina: solid Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: world class Passing: poor
Winger: poor Defending: weak
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: solid
4 weeks trained since last PM pop.

Albert Landré
TSI = 21 610 , 22 years, inadequate form
Has poor experience and wretched leadership abilities [Unpredictable]

Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: world class Passing: poor
Winger: poor Defending: poor
Scoring: weak Set Pieces: inadequate
Poped to world class past week.

Kirill Kurdumov
TSI = 11 040 , 22 years, inadequate form
Has poor experience and weak leadership abilities

Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: brilliant Passing: wretched
Winger: inadequate Defending: wretched
Scoring: wretched Set Pieces: disastrous

And this are my current trainees after selling one:

Raúl Vallejo
TSI = 4 170 , 19 years, weak form
Has disastrous experience and wretched leadership abilities [Technical]

Stamina: solid Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: outstanding Passing: weak
Winger: inadequate Defending: wretched
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: weak

Víctor Cusí
TSI = 4 140 , 20 years, passable form
Has wretched experience and wretched leadership abilities

Stamina: inadequate Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: formidable Passing: passable
Winger: weak Defending: weak
Scoring: wretched Set Pieces: passable

This are my last week rattings playing at home, 3-5-2 with winger towards middle:

Swamioms FC
Player rating and Team formation
Team Attitude: Normal
Tactic: Normal
Tactic skill: (no tactic)

Midfield: passable (high)
Right Side Defence: weak (high)
Central Defence: inadequate (very low)
Left Side Defence: inadequate (high)
Right Side Attack: poor (very high)
Central Attack: weak (very high)
Left Side Attack: inadequate (high)

and this are my rattings playing way two weeks ago 3-5-2.

Swamioms FC
Player rating and Team formation
Team Attitude: Normal
Tactic: Normal
Tactic skill: (no tactic)

Midfield: inadequate (low)
Right Side Defence: inadequate (low)
Central Defence: inadequate (low)
Left Side Defence: inadequate (high)
Right Side Attack: inadequate (very high)
Central Attack: inadequate (very low)
Left Side Attack: inadequate (low)

What sould i do? who to sell? what kind of player to buy? should i start to think on changing the training to forwards or defenders that are my main problems now?

Thanks in advance.

Well, if you want bang for the buck, buy a winger. Get some guy that's solid<PM, with outstanding+ winger, he won't be much, and you'll actually have a wing attack. Plus, he'll have the 1/2 spot of PM training for long term gain.

I like to buy players that will, in the long term, add value. Adding in a high level winger that is 1/2 trained would do that for you, as well as massively help that anemic offense.

You can swap out Kurdumov without losing a whole lot compared to your better trainee (depending on how much he gets out of the poor experience). The other guys are old but you'd still need to get guys fairly well along in order to avoid a big drop-off in ratings.
