Don't know. The Enron guys are on trial, though.

Martha is nothing. She's a petty criminal and it took a few months to get her in jail. Meanwhile the guys at Enron and Adelphia are still sitting pretty.

I used to work in telecom and this guy almost single-handedly took down the entire industry. So many of us lost our jobs directly or indirectly because of him.
