Looks like it was 'popping week'! I had 3 scoring pops, a 19 yr old to outstanding, another to formidable and my 3rd string middie bumped to passable :)

Form update was simply brutal, +1/-10. Most changes were to backups though, so it's not really as bad as it looks...
