Can we get a separate forum for these now? It's getting as bad as Hattrick was back in the day...

i don't know if i agree with that. maybe we could just have a "poker" thread. Kinda like all the march madness/sunday football etc. threads? that makes sense, no?

I dunno... seems like there are at least 2-3 new poker threads a day, plus others getting bumped on a regular basis.

eh, I don't mind the clutter and this discussion has been broughty up before. There's really no "on-topic" posting that goes on for the most part.

on-topic?? What's that? i don't think that "subject" threads like that are to reduce clutter. I think it makes "subjects" like that easier for people to follow and contribute to. That's why I always say things like that.

all the poker threads are dumb. like we really care you won a bunch of fake money in a game. or that people made dumb plays and put you out. we get it already.

I have an idea. If you aren't interested in poker don't read the post. Seems simple to me. I don't play CM so when I see a post about it I just ignore it.

of course if you had read any of those threads you'd see it was real money that was won or lost.

I think the difference is that people have actually come here (FOFC) via Hattrick, and signed up just to use the Hattrick forum. Hattrickers could correct me if I'm wrong, but I see a number of people there that don't post in other forums here.

Got to agree with this. I missed all the hattrick startup fun, and browsing the hattrick forum tells me very little about what the game is or how to get involved (seriously, I poked around some of the sticky threads, etc trying to figure out how to sign up or get involved, and not a single peep could I find). So, I sit on the outside playing FOF, FBCB, and my other games...
