Ok, so I finally got a decent youth pull...

Roger Lipscomb (60343563)
17 years, passable form, healthy
A sympathetic guy who is temperamental and dishonest.
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities.

Speciality: Powerful

Nationality: USA
Total Skill Index (TSI): 770
Wage: 627 US$/week
Owner: Ramrods
Warnings: 0
Injuries: Healthy

Stamina: passable Goaltending: disastrous
Playmaking: inadequate Passing: inadequate
Winger: solid Defending: wretched
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: poor

The question is, should I keep him to train next year when I train Midfielders, or should I sell him now for a quick 200-400k? I don't have very much money right now and I plan on acquiring all my young Middies next year from the sale of my formidable 19 yo keeper. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I would sell him. But it wouldn't kill you to keep him. He is going to be more valuable if you get him training right away. Otherwise you will need to train him longer to make up for the money that you would lose if you just didn't sell him straight away. Did that make sense?

Yes, it makes sense. Maybe I will put him up for $250k, because that is the maximum price I would expect to pay for an 18 yo of his ability level. The difference will just go straight to my bank if I decided to buy a player like him back next year.

17yo solid wingers go for much less than that unfortunately
