Does $300K sound about right? I have been watching the transfer mkt. and saw one guy go for $290K that was a few years older and in worse form.

This next move is a huge step for me in the development of my team. I've been patiently training away and finally have something to work with. I just want a fair price and am having a hard time determining what I should ask for with Dorsey.
