Just how important is this for an offensive winger? I know that wingers impact the midfield to some degree based on their skill in playmaking, but does their stamina also have an effect on this. Is it safe to buy a winger who you'll only play in an offensive role with less than solid stamina? Thanks for any answers!

Edit: While I'm asking about wingers, consesus on the best specialty for an offensive winger?

Stamina really only matters if you're counting on his PM contribution. Think of it like an IM, great PM with no stamina is junk...same on wing, IF his PM is important to your midfield.
If he's offensive only, it still depends on how high his pm is. If he's a weak PM, who cares what his stamina is. If he's outstanding PM, then yeah, you'd want stamina on him to take advantage of that PM, even if he's only offensive.
I like quick wingers, but any specialty will work on 'em. Head is popular too.

completely agree with DMB on stanima. it only matters if they have any playmaking skill.
and i prefer quick wingers as well. i have always spent a little extra on my wingers to make sure they had quick specialities.

If you're playing with 2 offensive wingers, having 1 with the head specialty is nice also. They can finish off a winger event from your other wing. That being said, Quick would be my favorite also.

If I can, I usually go for quick, unpredictable or header specialties. Since I'm trying to move into training possession wingers, I'm not a big fan of technical but for offensive wingers, they're okay (to counter header specialist defenders).
