Which event will have more of the following:
Basement Dwellars
40+ year old virgins
Stalkers
Everquest marriage proponents
I'd have to lean towards the Star Wars showings.

I was a bigger fan of the empty post myself, but that was deleted. :(

i have a friend who's about 3 years away from being the dreaded 30 year old virgin, and not for a lack of trying (well, he doesn't try - he's shy and doesn't have a way with the ladies).

Which of these buttons do you use to have your parents come and pick you up?

He doesn't want it bad enough.
Aren't the E3 geeks and the Star Wars geeks basically the same people? I'm sure there's tons of cross breeding going on there.
I'll go ...push.

For about 300 bucks, he can solve that problem in an hour. If it's around the end of the month, there's a good chance at getting it done for 200.

I don't get the end of the month thing. Is that like buying a car?

i find it admirable in a way, him not wanting to "cheat" and get a hooker for his first time.
jsut has no game. i have more fun with the ladies when i go out drinking than he does, and he's the single virgin one. i'm just too cocky and funny for my own good.

but even with no game sometimes you hit a shot facing the wrong basket and blindfolded.

E3 is industry, Star Wars is geeks.

Sometimes you need to know when to say when.

Wouldn't 'facing the wrong basket' be ill-advised in this scenario?

I think there's clearly some synergy there.

I went to E3 today (that makes me one of them) and oh my. The Magic the Gathering booth has to be the most frightening.
They gave up girls, hygiene, and sun to play the game they love. Isn't that somewhat um, impressive? So, I'm voting for E3 just because of them.
