Last week, I suffered a hard drive meltdown on my home desktop. I installed Windows XP on my D: drive, now re-labeled as my C:. Everything is working fine, but I'm finding an issue with the FOFC boards. Whenever I log in, it immediately takes me right back to the login screen (and therefore never allows me to log in - and therefore I can't post using my home desktop).

Every other site works fine (ESPN keeps my info, Delphi forums keeps my info), only FOFC keeps me from logging in (yes, I do have "Remember me" checked). Any idea what could cause this ONE site to give me problems?

HUGE UPDATE (hyperbole)

I just came upstairs to my desktop and checked the boards. Oddly enough, after reading the "HA Getting Banned" thread, I immediately was logged in. Coincidence?

Bah...it's happening again. Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it with the latest version?

Dola,

Save your bookmarks before doing this, just in case it wipes them out.

You mean deinstall and reinstall IE6, only because the FOFC website won't allow me to log in? It HAS to be some cofnguration issue, but as to why the FOFC site is the only site out there that causes this is beyond me. Before the hard disk wipeout I never had these issues - even with other computers.

Oops. I thought you were using the Firefox browser. I didn't know you were using IE. With that, have you considered using an alternate browser to see if you have the same issue?

I think I found the issue - with a little help from Draft Dodger - when I enter the site directly on a dynamicX server, it recognizes me. When I enter via the frontofficefootballcentral.com site - it has no idea who I am, nor does it save the cookie when I enter my user and password information.
