So anyway, for lunch today I picked up a panini for the wife and I from the local grocery store. According to the instructions, they are to be reheated at 350 for a few minutes. Mind you, the bread on these things is pretty hard/crispy to begin with - putting them in the oven like this turns up the crisp quotient to new heights.

Absolutely flippin' delicious, but each time I eat one, I'm half-inclined to call 911 as my palette gets torn to shreds from the bread.

I think I'm going to lay down now, as the bandaids on the roof of my mouth are falling off.
