The Scrabble/Hot Dog Eating ESPN/ESPN2 combo this morning says otherwise.

You don't consider The Hot Dog eating contest a sport?
Damn Kobayashi! He's taken the crown for the past 5-7 years.

I hear there's an American named The Refridgerator that looked like he would have tremendous potential upside, but hasn't played to his expected potential just yet.

Second place was some skinny American chick. She shattered the US record with like 38 hot dogs. If I ever need to hold back in bed, I'll imagine her stuffing her face with hot dogs and buns.

Have you ever seen a competitive eating contest? It's disgusting.

He was in the Nathan's contest a couple years ago. He sucked. Only ate I think 8 hotdogs. I could eat that many.

my favorite aspect of competitive eating is the rule for automatic DQ for a "reversal of fortune."
