Last time I saw her, she said she didn't need you anymore now that she has her Front Office Football League File Uplink Manager made by a Kevin Moring, which she said she was hiding from JDubs.

I find it odd that she would offer up that much information to a complete stranger.

Its probably not an 'available' utility per-se. It looks like a php ftp script that is probably custom tweaked for each league that uses it.
