Using SP manual playcalling, figure out what formations and distances of passes target that position most often, and set your gameplan to make heavier use of those formations and distances.

Put a guy with high route running there, and then pray.

Well, if you increase your percentage for screens and 0-4 yards passes, it will increase your passes to these guys usually. My experience is te FB will get the ball the most this way, but that is may just be because my FB is an excellent pass catcher/route runner.
