I am always looking for a new job. I love being an electronics technician. However, the company I work for doesn't pay very much, and is a manufacturing firm. I am lucky enough to work in a non-production area, customer repair. My problem is that the wages are really too low for me to support my family. I could take a job at 7-11, and make the same, if not more money, and have a better chance for promotion. The second problem at where I work, is it is basically a dead-end job. I only have two career paths where I work. Become an engineer, or a job that requires engineering background. Or I try to become a manager. Both jobs require a 4 year degree, which I dont have. But an even bigger problem is that it isnt what I want to do. I really enjoy working on electronics, I just need to find a job that pays me what I feel that I am worth. Enough of the long-winded rant. What I am looking for is some job websites like monster. Monster is okay, but I wouldnt mind adding some technical only jobsites to my searching...

Dice is pretty good for stuff like that, I would think.

Geekfinder is a bit more geared towards programming and sys admin so it may not bwe what you're looking for.
