Just to let you set piece trainers know... i just bought a guy for 400k that has passable winger and defense and divine set pieces that is 19.

so there are people out there who buy your guys with the intenet on training them. you guys could buy 17 year old with passable main skills and train them up to divine set pieces to sell to other trainers :) you get the initial money, plus a huge chunk of change when we resell them again after our training.

especially guys with passable or higher defense and from the usa preferably with powerful or passing skill, hint hint hint

i bought a 19 year old inad defender with divine set pieces a few seasons back. he is now 21 and about to pop to outstanding.

1. slower training yes, but higher payoffs in the long run because of the divine secondary

2. this guy has made a huge difference in my club. in 31 matches he has 17 goals. plus you have to figure the ones he sets up for other players like corner kicks and stuff. in one of my cup matches this year, i played the team with the french national keeper. i won 0-1 on the road. the only goal was a set piece chance by this guy :) my point is, i get benefits for having this guy on my team.

3. im a defense trainer. i have 10 freakin' spots. i have to fill them up somehow ;)

4. since i have 3 center defenders, throwing a passable guy in there with 2 world class guys doesnt hurt my ratings much.

This is my 4th set piece trainee I have purchased over the seasons.
1 outstanding, 1 magnificent, and 2 divines set piece guys.

good idea. i might have contact some of the set piece trainers next season and ask them to do something similar ;)
